A Great Marketing Means

Someone asked me the other day if I have used any tools recently that have been really helpful with content promotion. Being caught off guard, I said I use my blog. This is very true since I post links to marketing tools that I use. Although I have not used any means up to this point that are specific to content promotion, I am trying out a tool I came across recently for curating content.

I have used curation as a blogging technique since 2006 when I set up my first blog which was a Blogger blog. I wrote my own content as well as curated manually for posting, and I still do.

Curation-Works, of which I am a member, is a great site which is totally about content curation, as the name implies. The owners explain what content curation is all about, they have webinars, and they have videos and weekly and monthly training events online. You can join for free and check it out.

There is nothing wrong with using other peoples’ content as long as you do it properly. Be sure to check out the site and access A Great Marketing Means to help find content for publishing.
